- Navigate to the “WhatsApp Campaign” tab from the left menu bar after login.
- Click on “Create Your Campaign” on the dashboard.
- Enter the name and select the agent.
- Select the “Criteria” as “Incoming” or “Outgoing” as per your business purpose.
- Select the Status as “Unanswered” and “Answered” as per your business purpose.
- Select “Template” which means the message template you want to send to customers/ users.
- Click on “Create Campaign”
- The “Campaign Status” button can be used to change the status of the campaign to “active” or “inactive”.
