- Click on the “Add Number” tab. Then click on an “Import Phone Number” pop-up will appear.
- In the “Import Phone Number” pop-up, fill in the Pilvo Auth ID, Pilvo Auth Token, and Application ID that you can get after buying the phone number from Pilvo.
- Click on the “Import” button.
- Your imported numbers will appear here. You can link/unlink the number for the agent from the “link/unlink” button.
