- Navigate to the “Call Campaign” tab from the left menu bar after login.
- Click on “Click Your Campaign”
- Enter your campaign name in the “Name” tab.
- Upload the CSV file to contact people to run the campaign. For your reference, you can download a sample CSV file from the “Download Sample” tab.
- Select the agent required for the campaign.
- Choose the date and time.
- Enter the message you want the agent to speak in the “description” box. You can also instruct the agent about personas.
- Then click on the “Create” tab.
- You can start/stop the campaign by clicking on the “Status” tab.
- Once the campaign starts running you will view the calling list on the same page.
- Select the numbers you want the agent to call again, then click the “Initiate Call” button.
